If your submission has been successful, you will receive a message letting you know that the submission was successful and that we will email you upon completion of the request.
Do not press Submit more than once because your document will be resubmitted, and we will print twice.
If your submission is not successful, you will receive an error message.
If you receive the same error message twice, please print the screen or copy the text and email it to us (email@example.com). This will help us address any problems within the system.
- Be sure that you do not have any special characters in the title of your document (i.e. apostrophes, exclamation points, hypens, or dashes).
- Rather than browsing to a thumb or jump drive, save the document to your hard drive or your network drive.
