Brief Biography:
Dr. Caddie Putnam Rankin is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.  Dr. Putnam Rankin joined the UMES faculty after graduating from Emory University with her Ph.D. in Sociology specializing in corporate social responsibility.  Her research focuses on the intersections of business and society with an emphasis on corporate social responsibility professionalization and social marketing and entrepreneurship.  Dr. Putnam Rankin teaches courses on organizational theory, corporate social responsibility and ethics, social entrepreneurship and social marketing, and advanced research methodology.
