Withdrawing from the Institution

If you need to officially withdraw from the University for any reason during the academic year, you should secure an Application for Withdrawal from the Office of the Registrar, obtain the proper signatures as indicated on the form, and return the completed form to the Office of the Registrar for processing.  The Office of the Registrar will record a grade of “W” for all courses. Withdrawal grades are not included in the computation of grade point averages or in the determination of the total hours attempted.
